Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates was pioneered over 30 years ago by linking the emerging  spinal stability research to the work of Joseph Pilates and his contemporaries. Nicole completed her level 1-4 training between 2002-2004 and has been using Clinical Pilates as part of her clients' treatment programs ever since.
